Customs and Taxes:

  • We currently do not provide international shipping and do not handle customs declarations for international shipments.

Damages and Lost Items:

  • If you receive a damaged package, please contact us immediately. We will take care of it.
  • For lost shipments, we will dispatch a new product to you.
